When are new products going to be added to the shop?
Most of our replica and supporter items are available year-round. Other products are event driven, so they usually become available in the weeks leading up to certain games. Check the shop homepage for “new arrivals” notices and expected availability dates.
Do you sell to countries outside of Australia?
Yes. We service most countries around the world. Delivery times vary for each region. Please give us a call if you need help.
How will you post my order?
Generally all orders for delivery within Australia are sent by Australian Post Receipted Delivery which requires a signature on arrival so we prefer to deliver to street adresses or PO Boxes - It is fine to have items sent to your work as you have the option of different billing and shipping addresses. Overseas orders will be sent by International Airmail. Check our Delivery page for pricing and lead times.
Do you offer express postage?
Yes we do - please see the Delivery page for costs and timings - We often use a Courier Service for urgent orders but please note that Couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes so please use a street or business address where possible.
Do you allow exchanges or refunds?
Yes, but as with most things, conditions do apply. Return your item within 14 days in original packaging with tags intact to exchange for another size. For more details about our return policy please read Terms and Conditions. Refunds will only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
