Shop Terms & Conditions

By using our website services our customers acknowledge that they understand our Terms and Conditions. From time to time we may need to change or amend these Terms and Conditions and we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.

Title
The customer agrees that Wallabyshop will retain ownership of the goods until the customer has made full payment. The customer acknowledges that shop.rugby.com.au , its servants or agents shall not be liable in trespass in entering any property to retrieve the goods.

The customer shall bear and pay all duties, taxes, fines, penalties, transport charges, insurance costs and other expenses, losses or damages incurred relating to the goods other than those specially included in the agreed price.

Risk shall pass to the customer on delivery unless the specific sales envisage otherwise.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Wallabyshop will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered (whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising in any way out of any defective goods, or any negligent act or omission of Wallabyshop, its officers, employees, contractors or agents, including but not limited to loss of profits and damage sustained or incurred as a result of a claim by a third party and gives no warranties whether express or implied except those which are implied by statute and which cannot be excluded.

Exchanges and Refunds
If goods are returned in new condition (ie unused, unworn, unwashed and in some instances unopened) within 14 days of delivery, we will exchange for other sizes depending on stock availability. Please contact us to confirm item is in stock before returning any product for an exchange. Return post charges for change of mind is at buyers expense.

Any item with proven manufacturer faults will be replaced by Wallabyshop and all postage will be covered by Wallabyshop. The replacement item must be the same product and size.

Refunds will be issued for original item cost only, not postage charges.
